1 cup honey
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
8 potatoes, peeled and cut into the shape of orange wedges
1 chicken, cut-up
Bring the first four ingredients to a boil. Let it boil until it rises to the top of the pan. Immediately take off the burner. Set aside. Place the potatoes in a 13x9 inch pan. Top with chicken pieces. Pour the honey mixture over chicken and potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until done.
