BETTER THAN LOVE CAKE #3

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
I jar caramel topping
12 oz container frozen whipped topping
3 Heath bars (chocolate covered toffee) crushed

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13x9 inch baking dish pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on pkg and pour into the pan. After 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Continue baking until cake is done as usual.

While the cake is still hot, poke holes in it with handle of wooden spoon. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake. Cool. Top with caramel sauce, then whipped topping. Sprinkle with the crushed candy bars.
