GUINNESS BROILED SHRIMP

2 lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined, leaving tails intact
6 oz Guinness Stout Beer
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp salt and hot sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine Guinness and remaining ingredients in a shallow dish; add shrimp, stirring gently to coat. Cover and marinade in refrigerator for about 2hours, stirring occasionally.
Drain shrimp, discarding marinade. Thread neck and tail of each shrimp onto 6 (14 inch) skewers so shrimp lie flat; place skewers on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 5 1/2 inch from heat for 3 minutes, turn and broil an additional 1-2 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Serves 6
