PINEAPPLE SALAD

4 cups cubed fresh pineapple
1 cup halved red grapes
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 dash salt
2 tbsp toasted sweetened coconut
2 tbsp chopped macadamia nuts

Combine pineapple and grapes in a medium bowl. Combine orange juice, honey, ground red pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle juice mixture over pineapple mixture, sprinkle evenly with coconut and macadamia nuts
