LOW COUNTRY BOIL

8 quarts water
1/3 cup crab boil
12 small red new potatoes
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 4 inch pieces
6 ears fresh corn
3 lb large fresh shrimp
In a large Dutch oven, bring 8 quarts water and crab boil to a boil over medium heat. Add potatoes and sausage; cook for 20 minutes. Add corn; cook for 10 minutes. Stir in shrimp, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and drain well. Serve immediately with crusty bread and your favorite beverage. Serves 6
