HAMBURGERS SUPREME

2 tbsp minced onion and water
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp finely chopped pickles
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix ingredients and shape into 6 patties; chill thoroughly. Grill 4 inch from hot coals, 6 minutes on each side. Serve on toasted buns.
