KIELBASA WITH CABBAGE - Crock pot

1/2 head cabbage, coarsely sliced
1 medium potato, diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp caraway seeds, optional
1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 1/2 - 2 lb polish sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth

Combine ingredients in a crock pot, mixing well. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours or on HIGH 2-4. Serves 4-6
