APRICOT CREAM FROSTING

4 tbsp sugar
5tbsp cake flour
Dash salt
1 can apricots, reserve 4 tbsp juice and process apricots to a pulp for 1 cup total
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup whipped cream

Combine first 3 ingredients in a double boiler; add juice and mix thoroughly and gradually add pulp, stirring until blended. Place over rapidly boiling water and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice. Chill. Fold in cream.
