4 baked potatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (3 oz) pkg ranch dry salad dressing mix
Scoop out insides of baked potatoes. Combine with sour cream and dressing mix. Fill potato skins with mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
