OREO CAKE

1 pkg Oreo double-stuff cookies crushed between waxed paper, reserve 1 cup
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 large pkg instant chocolate pudding, prepared according to directions
1 chocolate candy bar, grated

Mix together crust Oreos and butter, press into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Blend cream cheese and confectioners sugar together and add 1 container whipped topping. Layer prepared pudding over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish reserved cookie crumbs and grated chocolate. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
