CARAMEL PECAN BARS

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookies
3/4 cup caramel topping
2 tbsp flour
1 cup pecan pieces and flaked coconut
1 (6 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Cut dough into 1/2 inch pieces and arrange on bottom of pan. With floured fingers, press dough evenly to cover bottom of pan and bake 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown.

Meanwhile, mix together caramel topping and flour until smooth. Sprinkle bars with pecans, coconut and chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until topping is bubbly. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours. Cut into bars.
