CORNED BEEF WITH DIJON GLAZE

3 lb corned beef brisket
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 bay leaves
3 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups water
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
8 whole cloves
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tsp horseradish
Place brisket in a Dutch oven. Add next 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 - 3 hours or until tender.
In a small pot, combine Dijon mustard and next 3 ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Remove brisket and drain. Discard liquid. Return brisket to oven and spread with glaze. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serves 12
