SWISS-ONION SPREAD

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped onions, thawed and well drained
2-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 325. Coat a 9 inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well and spoon into the pie plate. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
