KAHLUA PECAN PIE I

1 pie crust
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup kahlua
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup whole or chopped pecans
Whipped topping and pecan pieces, garnish
Prepare favorite pie crust and chill. Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, vanilla extract and flour. Mix well, add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients except garnishes and pour into pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake until firm, about 40 minutes. Chill completely. Garnish slices as desired.
