SPICY POTATO SALAD

10 oz red potatoes
1/4 cup chopped celery ad diced red bell pepper
2 tbsp minced cilantro
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp hot salsa
1/4 tsp ground cumin

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and cool completely. Peel and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine next 3 ingredients and add to potatoes in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and toss gently into potato mixture. Cover and chill before serving. Serves 4
