LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE

4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp or more chopped garlic
2 cups clams with juice
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Linguini, cooked al dente, drained

Saute garlic in olive oil for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients, reserving some basil for garnish, and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour over hot linguine and serve. Top with parmesan cheese.
