*PICKLED BRUSSEL SPROUTS*

Category: Cold

2 (10 oz) pkg brussel sprouts, cooked until barely tender
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp sugar and salt
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp green onions

Mix together and chill 8 hours or overnight. Drain and serve.
