Shelly's Recipe

*SHRIMP SPREAD I*

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp cold water
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
Tabasco or Creole seasoning, to taste, optional
1 bunch green onions or 1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely diced celery
3 lbs cooked shrimp, chopped

Heat soup and gelatin until dissolved. Add water and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in onion and mayonnaise. Fold in celery and shrimp. Pour into a Jell-O ring mold. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers
