CATALINA ROAST - Crock-Pot

1 Rump Roast
2 bottles of Catalina salad dressing
1 packet dry onion soup mix

In a bowl, mix the two bottles of Catalina dressing and the packet of onion soup. Once mixed, pour half of the mixture in the crock pot then place the roast in. The pour the remaining dressing mixture atop the roast. Cook the roast on High for 6-8 hours. (I would not recommend adding carrots or potatoes because the dressing and the veggies do not mix well). Serve over rice.
