PISTACHIO PARTY CRACKERS

20 crackers, your choice
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Place crackers on a large baking sheet. Melt together first 3 ingredients and place a large tsp mixture on each cracker, making sure to cover the entire cracker. Bake for 8 minutes or until the butter is bubbly and lightly browned. Allow to cool 2 minutes on the baking sheet before placing on waxed paper.

While crackers are baking, melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Spoon melted chocolate into a plastic bag and seal. Snip a tiny hole in 1 corner of bag and drizzle melted chocolate over baked crackers.
