PORK SATAY APPETIZERS

2 lbs boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips
4 clove garlic, minced
1 cup soy sauce
12 oz Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey

Stir together ingredients, saving half the sauce for dipping. Marinate pork in other half for about 30 minutes. Remove strips of marinade and weave onto soaked bamboo skewers. Grill or broil 3- minutes. Serve with reserved sauce.
