STUFFED CHICKEN IN A CREAMY WINE SAUCE

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, buttered and slightly pounded
4 oz Swiss cheese
4 tbsp flour
4 thin slices prosciutto
1 glass white wine
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup whipping cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 zucchini, sliced and sauteed in olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper
Stuff each breast with prosciutto and cheese. Close and seal with a toothpick. Slightly season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown chicken breasts 2-3 minutes on each side or until slightly browned. Add wine and gradually add whipping cream. Taste of additional seasoning. Serve topped with sauteed zucchini. Serves 4
