1 cup sliced celery
3/4 cup sliced green and green bell pepper
2 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 1/2 cups long-grained rice, uncooked
1/4 cup toasted chopped pecans

Saute vegetables in a large skillet until tender. Stir in broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Place rice in a 2 quart casserole and add broth to dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350, for 30 minutes. Bake an additional 5 minutes if liquid is not fully absorbed. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve 6
