1 lb tortellini, cooked al dente, drained
3/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
5 thin slices prosciutto, cut into julienne strips
1/2 cup cooked peas
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Pepper, to taste

After draining the pasta, in a skillet, melt butter and add pasta; stirring to coat with butter. Add cream and prosciutto and cook mixture until cream thickens slightly, do not boil. Blend in remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted. Serve with additional sprinkling of grated cheese. Serves 6
