6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (about 4 cups
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 (14 oz) pkg oatmeal muffin mix
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter
Combine first 3 ingredients an pour into a 9 inch square baking pan. In mixing bowl, combine muffin mix and nutmeg; cut in butter until coarse crumbs. Spoon over peaches. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm or cool, topped with ice cream. Serves 6-8
