OUTRAGEOUS PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add vanilla extract and egg and mix well. Add dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tbspfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen
