GARLIC AND HERB PRIMAVERA PASTA

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables*
2 tbsp dry white wine or pasta water
1 pkg Knorr Garlic Herb sauce mix
8 oz linguine or your favorite pasta, cooked and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

In 2-quart saucepan, heat Olive Oil over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Add vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in wine and bring to a boil over high heat.

Stir in Garlic Herb sauce mix blended with milk. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Toss with hot linguine and sprinkle with cheese. *Use sliced mushrooms, 2 inch pieces asparagus, thinly sliced red, yellow or orange bell peppers, thinly sliced zucchini or yellow squash. Serves 4
