CREAMY HAM CASSEROLE

1 medium head cauliflower, broken up
2 cups ham, cubed
3 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
4 tbsp butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter

Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender. Drain. Combine ham and mushrooms. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and milk. Stir until thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add sour cream to sauce. Combine cauliflower and ham mixture. Put in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
