CREAMY BAKED PORK FILLET

2 pork tenderloins
10 small potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 1/4 cup whipping cream and milk
Garli, salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Place pork in a baking pan. Place potatoes around meat. Mix whipping cream and milk; add garlic powder, to taste. Season pork and potatoes with salt and pepper. Pour milk mixture over all. Bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Let pork rest out of oven before slicing.
