*CHICKEN CASSEROLE*

1 1/2 cups long grain rice
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
3 lbs chicken pieces
1 can each cream of onion, French onion shop and cream of mushroom soups
1 1/4 cups water
1 envelope onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 375. In a 13x9 inch baking pan, layer rice, mushrooms and chicken. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
