*CHINESE BEEF AND PEPPERS*

3/4 lb boneless chuck, cut into slivers
1 large onion, sliced or diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
3/4 tsp ginger
1 cup green pepper strips
1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sherry wine
1 1/2 cup instant rice

In a skillet, saute first 3 ingredients lightly in oil, stirring occasionally. Add next 5 ingredients. Bring to a full boil and stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
