CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE ICING

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp cocoa
3/4 cup whipping cream

Combine cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Blend in cocoa. In another bowl beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream mixture.
