MEXICAN BEEF AND DIP

1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 small can refried beans
1 (10 oz) jar picante sauce
8 oz sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese

Mix first 3 ingredients together and put in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix picante sauce and sour cream together and pour over meat mixture. Top with cheese and bake at 400 until bubbly. Serve with chips.
