LEMON BARS

Bottom layer
1 (16 oz) angel food cake mix
1 (22 oz) can lemon pie filling
1 cup finely shredded coconut
Frosting
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Lemon zest
Bottom Layer: Mix together first 3 ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed. Spread mixture in a 10x15 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Cool
Frosting: Combine ingredients until blended. Frost bottom layer and sprinkle with lemon zest. Cut into bars. Cover and refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
