CREAMY BOW TIE PRIMAVERA

8 oz bow tie pasta, cooked
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup sliced carrots
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and green onions
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder

During last 5 minutes of pasta cooking, add broccoli and carrots. Drain. Stir remaining ingredients together in a large saucepan on low heat until smooth. Add pasta and vegetables; toss lightly.
