FAT CAT SPICY SAUCE

1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp black pepper, salt and chili powder
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp celery seeds, Tabasco sauce and paprika
1 tsp onion powder and cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp bourbon
2 tbsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottomed pot. Bring to a low boil (on medium low) and then let the sauce cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve or chill. This sauce keeps about a year refrigerated.
