SPRING VANILLA VINAIGRETTE

Category: Salad Dressing

1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill before tossing with salad. NOTE: Perfect as a dressing for a salad of baby greens with strawberries or grape tomatoes. Add toasted walnuts, if desired. Serves 4
