HAM AND POTATO PIE

4 cups diced ham
1 1/2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/4 cup chopped green and red peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion and mushrooms
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream and cottage cheese
8 eggs
1 tsp white pepper and thyme
Paprika

Mix all but last ingredient. Pour into 2 (10 inch) greased pie plates for 1 hour at 350 and serve in a wedge. Serve with sour cream and chopped chives. Serves 10.
