*ZESTY BEEF AND CHEESE LOG*

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped stuffed olives
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp chopped green onion
2 (2 1/2 oz) pkg sliced dried beef, chopped and divided
Sliced stuffed olives
Crackers

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix in 1 cup beef. Shape into logs, about 6 inches each. Press remaining beef onto each log and garnish with olives. Chill 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
