Shelly's Recipe

WOOLWORTHS CHEESECAKE

1 (3 oz) pkg lemon Jell-o
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 can Carnation milk, well chilled
Graham crackers, crushed

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool until slightly thickened. Beat next 4 ingredients until smooth. Add thickened jello and beat well.

In a separate bowl, beat milk until fluffy. Add cream cheese mixture and beat well. Line the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish with crushed crackers. Spread filling over and top with more crushed crackers. Chill.
