GRILLED ICE CREAM

1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1/8 cup kahlua and Frangelico
1/4 cup chocolate liqueur
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup powered sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Scoop ice cream into dishes and top with chocolate mixture, coat ice cream evenly. Freeze for about 2 hours. Place dishes on a cookie sheet and put on a covered grill until ice cream begins to melt. Serve immediately. With a how fire, about 2-3 minutes is enough time to grill.
