HAMBURGER STROGANOFF - Crock Pot

2 lbs ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 4 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 cups sour cream combined with 4 tbsp flour

Saute ground beef, onions and garlic. Drain. Place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream/flour mixture. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. One hour before serving add the sour cream and flour, stirring gently. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Use sour cream or grated cheese as garnish
