KILLER BROWNIE PIE

10 tbsp butter
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition 1 cup flour
1/2 to 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch pie plate; set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate; stir until well blended. Remove form heat and stir in sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in flour; then nuts. Pour into pan and bake for 20-30 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and allow to cool completely or they will fall apart. Serve in wedges with coffee ice cream.
