TOFFEE BANANA BREAD

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking soda and salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 to 5 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup toffee bits (such as crumbled Health bars)

Grease and lightly flour 2 loaf pans. In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until creamy.

In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients blend into the creamed mixture. Fold in the mashed bananas and the toffee bits. Pour the mixture into the prepared pans. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
