HONEY DIJON PECAN CHICKEN

Category: Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
2 tbsp honey and Dijon mustard
2 tbsp finely chopped pecans

Combine hone and mustard and spread on both sides of chicken and then dredge in pecans. Arrange in a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until done.
