PUMPKIN PRALINE TEA BREAD

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups light packed brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup salad oil
1 lb can pumpkin puree
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
1 tsp each ground cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
2/3 cup water
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup raisins

Combine both sugars, oil and eggs, add pumpkin puree and mix well. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Add to pumpkin mixture, add water and mix well, add nuts and raisins and blend. Pour into greased loaf pans and bake approximately 35 to 55 minutes or until tester inserted into center comes out clean.
