CHEESE STUFFED ROUND OF RYE BREAD

2 lb loaf pumpernickel rye bread
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cups butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cu chopped green onions

Cut a hole in center of the rye bread, making it a bowl with a rim. Set aside the bread to be torn into small pieces for scooping out the cheese.

Mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Place into the center of the bread and place on a serving platter. Place torn bread around the bowl for people to use as a scoop.
