SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE BREAD

1 1/2 cups hot mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1/4 cup bread flour
2 eggs, separated

Preheat oven to 400. Spray 1-1/2 quart casserole with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, butter, sugar, nutmeg, allspice, and flour; beat until well blended. Blend in egg yolks. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff; fold into sweet potato mixture. Pour into prepared casserole. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
