CHICKEN, BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE

6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 (10 oz) pkg frozen
2 cups milk
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp salt and garlic powder
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Cook broccoli and place in the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish sprayed with cook with spray. Heat the milk, cream cheese, salt, garlic powder and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over low heat, stirring till the mixture is smooth. Pour 1 cup of sauce over the broccoli. Top with chicken and pour rest of sauce over it. Combine remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese with bread crumbs and sprinkle the top. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
