CHOCOLATE YUMMY SQUARES

3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
7 whole graham crackers
2 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup corn syrup
3 tbsp butter
½ cup crunchy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 13x9" baking pan with cooking spray.

Place 6 whole graham crackers in a single layer in the bottom. Cut a remaining piece to fit in the remainder of the bottom. Sprinkle marshmallows over crackers. Place in oven until marshmallows are puffy.

Melt chocolate, corn syrup, and butter in a microwave bowl for 1 minute or until chocolate can be stirred smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Add cereal, mixing until evenly combined. Spread evenly over marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Cut and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
